Users may cancel your subscription through the following process.
1. Access this page.
2. Select “Cancel Subscription”.

Currently you are unable to change your payment method during your subscription period. If you would wish to change your method we ask that you cancel your subscription and upon signing up for a new one you will go through the payment system which will allow you to update your method.

Please try the following:

Please check that the login e-mail address and password you are using are correct, and that there are no full width formats. Check upper case and lower case letters as well. Delete your cache and cookies Delete your browser cache and cookies, and then restart your computer or web browser. After doing so, try logging in to NJPWWORLD again from your preferred browser and search engine. *If accessing the website from bookmarks or shortcuts, previously stored information may prevent access. *Please note that you delete cookies at your own discretion.

Please use the Forgot Password link currently located on our Sign In Page. This will create a new password for your account that you will be able to update after signing in.

PWXLive live events and on-demand videos are viewable in a variety of different qualities. In “Auto” mode, the player switches between all available qualities to accommodate changes in the viewer’s Internet, processing speed, and player size.

The quality of your playback experience is largely dependent on how your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider connects to the PWXLive playback servers. Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, WiFi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.

The following table shows the minimum speeds required for each playback quality:

When a video plays in lower than expected quality, it’s likely because the viewer’s Internet speed (bandwidth) or computer processing speed cannot support higher quality playback. Viewers can manually force a particular quality by selecting the gear icon in the lower right corner of the player. (This may result in frequent buffering if the bandwidth does not meet the required minimum outlined above.)
